I'm, unfortunately, a resident. To my face the Manager stated "Theres nothing we can do. It's between you and [that person]." Even though the person living above is in violation of their agreement by angrilly stomping the floors all hours of the night and waking the everyone on the lower level of our building (4 apartments). This person has physically threatened me... they want me to handle this situation by myself and it is clearly a management issue. Atop this, I've had to battle roach infestation, leaky faucets, filter changes, common area cleanings all on my own. I pay rent ahead of time or on time - never missing. They have in the past ignored requests for the above listed simple things. So, I shouldn't be surprised that they will do nothing about the a serious situation and you should not be surprised if you move in and are faced with the same lack of involvement. Oh, make certain you don't go for a walk in the grassy areas. If you do, you will wind up with so much trach and grass cutting in your shoes and all over your clothes. So, no leisure strolls like you may wish to have.
