Manager is difficult to work with. There is no urgency to your request. Sewage backed up into several units on a weekend and residents were with out water and bathroom facilities for more than 48 hours. No compensation on rent was allowed. Requested clean up was met with resistance. Health hazzard prevailed.

Looks somewhere else. There are mice and roaches in some of the buildings, the drive way had needed work for years and is only patched, not repaired. They can't keep help on the property. End of the month weekends are met with overflowing dumsters and piles of trash and garbage.
