Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2006
 
We are planning to move in a couple of months. Shallowford Oaks are practically begging up to stay by lowering the rent by $80.00. You know what that means. You will get low quality people. This complex reminds me of being in the projects. It never looked so bad!!
