I had enough - They do not want credible people and families here

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2006
Shallowford Oaks is on the decline. People hanging out in the parking area, children with fireworks unsupervised near parked cars, one spark and well you can imagine. Trash left on the ground for days, dumpsters overflowing on the weekend and tenants just lay their trash around the dumpster closer to them rather than taking it to an empty one. Just lazy.
Rats, roaches are a problem in some of the building, management has an exterminator that does not always stop in the apts they are suppose to. You can go months with out them spraying your apartment when it actually needs it weekly or at least monthly.
This use to me a moderate place to live but now it is a nightmare. There was finally a shooting that made the new early this week. Glad I am out of there. Look around carefully there are other options than SO.
