I have lived in Shallowford Oaks for 2 years and to make a long story short I'll get to the POINT: My 2004 Hyundai was hit in the parking lot and no one took responsibility for that it was estimated to have cost by my insurance $1,263.87. My Honda Accord 1995 was stolen over night reported to Dekalb police and they found my car in Gwinnett County about 48 hours later abandoned in Gwinnett some Mexican stole it, although the car was in good shape my car was impounded paid 382.00 for that, had to pay 229.00 for broken starter switch. Couple days before my car was stolen someone broke into my neighbor's car and stole some items out of their 2009 brand new car.

The roaches and black spiders were discussing I hated every moment of this. Every time I turned around I was killing roaches or big black spiders. I couldn't cook or leave any food on the cabinets. The utility closet had very large hole where a full adult man can place his fist easily in it and still have enough room to turn it's where the spiders and roaches breed. Pest control only came if you call them and it was an off the wall pest control service.

The roof leaked every time it rained,I have call the manager more than 10 times to fix the roof they never came and the roof stills leaks today. If you look outside the back balcony door it looks like 'India's slum dog millionaire' clothes hanging all over the place. In the middle of the night rap music playing so loud you can actually feel the vibration through your butt if you're siting down and the whole apartment would shake. People arguing and fighting the middle of the street children skateboarding in the breezeway and screaming for no reasons.

I've seen drug activities and that's enough for me. My lease is up and have submitted my non renewal plans with Management. Moving on from this place not only for myself but for my 7 year old son, he doesn't deserves to live in a place filled with roaches and spiders he's so excited to move because he's been wanting to move the day I signed the lease. My other two children who are grown ups and they hated every inch of this place. Please be very careful of the pit bulls that roam without their lease or handlers.

Good luck to who ever moves into these awful apartments will be so very disappointed.
