Hello, this is for all of the people considering moving into Silvertree; the price is good, but you may be paying for a little extra. Take me for example; I lived in the presence of a guy that sold drugs out of his apartment; people came in and out of the apartment at all times of the day/night.
His eviction process is taking exceedingly long; the office lady says that the reason was because she had to take him to court to get him evicted, and that the sheriff only kicks people out on Thursdays; what is so special about Thursdays'''' This sounds a little iffy to me.
Secondly the parking is horrible; people with an overabundance of people living in their apartments felt that they could park in my parking space, so there were plenty of times in which I had to block them in before they eventually realized not to park in the two spaces in front of my apartment. The parking is still not assigned yet, but I haven't had any problems any more; I think they got the hint.
Overall the apartments were not bad, they were very spacious. They remodeled them nicely, but it is a 20 year old structure, so you have your groans and noises from the floorboards.
Move in at your risk; it is a tad bit ghetto, and kids ride on buggies from the Publix in the parking lot instead of on bikes like normal kids. People let their friends park in paying tenants parking spaces, pool not working, it was vandalized . .. I can not wait to move out in the coming month! They will never see my face again.
Stay away, please!!!!
