Hey, I was wondering. Could someone "honestly" tell me. Has things improved here, or are they still has I have read' I visited these apartments, and they seem nice, nicer than where I am now. And the lady I spoke to Nicole seems really nice as well. However I do take these reviews serious, and don't want to rent here if it has not changed.

I hear it's pretty good there now. I moved out in June and it was horrible. The manager was useless and hatefull. The grounds were in terrible shape. I have a friend who is still there and she loves it now! She just signed a new lease to stay another year. She says the office staff makes her day...hell they use to ruin mine. Good luck, if things were the way they seem to be now I would have stayed. I showed my ass and went to the Post Briarcliff...nice apartment but that's it. I'm just an apartment number now

I've lived here 4 years now. In terms of a place to live, it's not the best but not the worst. The original management was definately far better than now. My main issue is the cost. You can definately find cheaper apartments in the area that are just as nice, without all of the extra added fees they charge you each month (expect it to be around $60 for smallest 1 bedroom). Expect rent to increase by around 7% each year. The pool wasn't clean pretty much all last summer or the summer before. I had never seen a cockroach in my apartment until a couple months ago - since then, I've seen 2 (and I'm ultra clean). They have signs saying they've updated appliances, but mine are still the old ones, so I can't really comment on the look / quality of those. I've never had a problem with maintenance as long as I've lived here.
