We have been here for 3 months now and the staff is freindly! Maybe a little slow but they get the work done. They are willing to give great rent deals if you look at apartments at the right time (a month or two before summer) and give a small deposit. Parking no problem. Older buildings but still in good shape. Walls are thin but we have not had a problem and have not been able to hear any of our neighbors.
