I've lived here for a year and been quite happy with the complex and the mangement. My apartment is small but adequate. It's a corner unit so I get lots of natural light. The in-unit washer and dryer is a real bonus! I'm on the second floor of a three story building, so I get some noise from above. But a lot of people have dogs in the complex and I never hear them or see their messes. Plenty of parking, a couple nice pools. I don't think there's any kids here, only young professionals and grad students. It's definitely a quiet complex. It's not a complex where people are looking for buddies-I don't know any of my neighbors.
Management is service oriented, fixing my couple requests quickly. They're friendly in the office.
I would definitely recommend Sloan Square, especially if you're looking for a quiet place at a reasonable rate!
