I moved in here in 2006. It was quite good in all aspect. Never had problem with maintainance. In recent months management changed twice and the current management guys r real money hungry. earlier we used to used to pay our water trash bill through a company and it used to be around 14 per month.After the new guys have come they changed it to another company without any notice and we are forced to pay 25 per month for the same service! people at the office are rude and we had to cough up penalty money of 100 dollars once for paying the rent on 4th morning instead of by 3rd of the month.maintainance service has started becoming nonexistent. things seems to go downhill lately due to bad management.its sad to see a good property going down like this but I would recommend to reconsider your decision if you want to move in here unless you don't mind wasting money.

You know what, to the poster above me, "Anonymous", 1st, let me tell you something it isn't a laughing matter when someone is CHARGED $100 for being a few hours late with their rent. from what the tenant wrote, their rent is due on the 3rd. they paid it on the morning of the 4th. that is hardly a reason to charge someone $100, and it looks to ME as if "someone in management" got MONEY HUNGRY. 2nd, YOUR REPLY sounds like it was written by one of those same "bad management" people that the tenant is talking about. how DARE you make fun of someone who rightfully complains & gives a review based on THEIR OWN EXPERIENCE from living in YOUR POORLY MANAGED APARTMENT COMPLEX??? 3rd, You can go STRAIGHT TO HELL!!!!

What makes anyone special that they get to pay rent LATE when every one else has to pay on time? BTW I live here, don't work here.
