I have lived in this place over three years now and every time the management company changes, the quality goes down. They have started charging us for outside electric and gas...huh'' ever heard of that. The funny thing is that the entire complex does not have gas. Recently there has been an armed robbery at the complex and the management didn't even feel the need to let the residents know, we heard it on the news. I am moving out and will not recommend this place to anyone

Armed robbery? I am a resident in sloan square and I surely was not aware of it. When and at which apt. did it happen? Infact their hertland billing scam is no less of a robbery. I am definitely not renewing my lease.

This happened the night of 1/21 at 9:30pm outside building number 5. This was covered by CBS46 news and the management has failed to notify the residents
