Amazing what a few months of bad management can do!

This used to be an highly rated place to live. I would not recommend it to any one now. Prices have continued to rise as services have declined. A living case study in how to run a non-quality operation. Short-term greed over loyalty to good customers. Now we have serious crime and the advice "be aware." I can't wait until my lease runs out.
