Sloan square - DO NOT rent at this complex unless you want to be treated like dirt. The complex manager is downright rude (has no sense of customer service) and the corporate office treats complaints or issues with the complex manager as a statistic and is of no help. This complex was a decent place with good mgmt when we moved in 2 years ago. We moved out because we have received a continuous negative attitude and trouble with the office manager for 6 months now. We even broke our lease as that is how much stress we were dealing with on a daily basis. Don't be fooled by the amiability of the office manager when she shows you apartments or the low prices. Hi,
I am fed up with these guys too. did u have to pay the total rent till the end of your lease or something less? I am thinking of breaking lease too.

I totally agree. Tammy has no sense of customer service. She was most definitely the rudest person I've ever dealt with when it came to property management.
