4-5 Months there was a roberry and on 15july there was murder of a young guy here in sloan square apartments. This apartment complex was very nice 1 year back when there was another owner. Since when the new owner came in existence, they start giving the apartments to peoples of criminal background. Moreover the current staff behave badly and abusing. You keep complaining but no body is going to come to fix them out.They rent the peoples who lives 10-15 together in a single apartment. I am single and my last month water bill was 69 $.
In my opinion this place is hell to live. I am going to break my lease and move somewhere else.

This is accurate, just can't believe that the individual rated them so highly. This is a crazy complex, and I would say "steer clear."

I think this is a false review by a rival apartment complex. I have never seen the water bill at $60, it normally hovers around in the $40 range. However, you can definitely get more for your money but this post is a lie.

Your 'utilities' bill can run $60 or better, depending on the number of illegal 'campers' you have in your building. Also, has anyone ever paid to have lights in the parking areas - or 'common grounds'? This place is a criminal enterprise!
