The price seems right but your safety and life are not worth it. They neglect to tell you about the frequent crime that occurs in this community, but if you contact the local police department they will advise you to not move here. In the nine months that we lived here our building alone had three burglaries with the doors kicked in and my husband was robbed at gunpoint in front of the door. That was it for us. Management didn't even want to let us out of the lease after that-we had to fight for that. The apartment itself was liveable, but its not worth it if you have to be concerned for your life.
