I lived here for about a year for cheap rent of course but we paid dearly for all our "savings"... loud noisy section 8 neighbors who did not work, children begging,suspicious house guests,who watched our every move and robbed our apartment right after thanksgiving at 11am!!!! and 'nobody' saw a thing turns out the whole building was in on it even maintenance workers, management of course did not care and even informed me that locks were made to be broken, neighbors selling drugs, rude office workers, maintenance took 2 days to fix my broken door, police never respond to noise complaints and when they do they actually advise you to move management was aware of our criminal neighbors but did nothing about it because they did not care, they do not live there...it is a horrible place to live and the rent is cheap but u will pay for it....i had to break my lease and mgmt had the audacity to ask us to stay after all we'd been thru. horrible horrible horrible dont stay there pay a little more to ensure your safety, get renters insurance, surveillance cameras or something n the so called security sit at one place all night n dont respond to emergencies bad place to live
