Some of these reviews have me taken aback. Yes I do occasionally hear guns and some annoying loud cars, but other than that the noise is fine. Parking is ok and tolerable, just don't invite a lot of people over. Maintenance usually fixes problems in a timely manner although sometimes it might take multiple tries. For the most part it feels moderately safe here although the complex is broken up into two halves that look totally different, (you might want to ask to see apartments in both parts).

Some of the biggest problems here isn't the people but the buildings themselves. It would be better if management found housing for their tenants while they overhauled each building. I'm sure there are some building violations that have been ongoing. I can hear animals in the roofing, (probably raccoons), which seemed to bring fleas in the summer time. There have also been squirrels in the walls and the bug problem changes with the seasons. No German roaches though, and only occasionally wood roaches, (the big ones from outside; only 3 this year), when the door is open for too long. But like I said the big problems aren't with the people it's the buildings themselves. One and one half and a half bath does not cut it with two bedrooms when you have a teenager. And the spiral staircase is almost like a death trap. The worse part is this place would be tolerable until your funds are ok to move but rent increases every year.
