I have lived at Spalding for exactly a year and would not consider moving...unless if I bought my own home. I used to live at a Post Property and felt like such a number there. Even after 4 years, they did not know my name and never went out of their way to accommodate me or my roommate. Since I have lived at Spalding, the staff has completely over-exceeded my expectations. Cody was especially great when helping me with a maintenance issue. They have even come to rescue to remove a tiny wasp nest on my porch because I am allergic and deathly afraid of wasps. I have lived in a one and two bedroom at Spalding and have had extremely pleasant neighbors in both. One neighbor even takes the trash to the dumpster for me on occasion. It's a very family oriented and friendly community and I would recommend it for anyone looking for an affordable nice place to live.
