Spalding Bridge

Some crime but the apartments themselves are great. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/4/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   It seems like a safe area but we did have some crime. My roommate's boyfriend awoke one morning to find his wheels and rims had been stolen and his car was up on blocks. Not surprisingly nothing has been recovered. It's unfortunate that such an incident should cast a shadow over an otherwise great experience. I live in a 2 bed/2bath and the floor plan is definitely the best in that area. The apartment is quite spacious with huge rooms and closets. Though the building is older, thanks to some renovations it's almost brand new inside and has all new appliances. There is occasional noise but overall the community is very considerate. Parking is fine and would only be a problem late at night. We had a wonderful office staff but unfortunately two of the best employees (Saundra and Christina) recently left. Maintenance is surprisingly fast and efficient. If you have a car alarm this a great place to live.
