Spalding Bridge was at one point a good place to live. However, in the past 6 months the property has gone down hill. Loud music, louder nieghboors fighting, glass is constantly in the parking lot, dog poop everywhere, the floors are coming up, cheap carpet, bad painting, gutters are falling off, people drive way too fast and a whole host of other issues. The comlaints to the office have pretty much been excused or dismissed. The maintence guys are the only redeeming quality, they do get things done and are friendly. Although, if the repair you need is something costly - they usually have to go the cheaper route a few times before they can actually do anything. The A/C units are not cost effective at all. It should never cost $150 to cool a 1 BR apartment, but it does (and I don't run my A/C during the day when I'm not home). You can never find a parking spot if you come home at night. I often have to walk a good distance to my apartment when I come home on the weekends. I also used to feel safe in the complex and do not anymore. People park and hang out in cars late at night in odd locations (like next to the mail area, away from buildings). I've seen a number of very loud domestic altercations in the parking lot. I've had several instances where men have yelled leud comments at me while I was walking in the complex. Not the type of people I want in my neighborhood. It has gotten worse steadily over the past 6 months. There are many other options in the area that are worth the little bit extra they are charging in rent. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
