I should have know from the beginning that this was not the place I should live. Within 1 month my apartment the move in date was changed a total of 3 times. Although April Becker was extremely helpful, and reduced my first months rent to make up for the inconvience. I still ended up with an apartment that was much smaller than the one I intially agreed to move into. When I asked to move into the next avaiable larger apartment, I was told that I would have to pay a $200 upgrade fee.

The worst thing of all is every other week there is a letter on my door from the leasing office saying that they have to come inside my apartment for some kind of maintenace. The hot water in the bathroom on last for about a good 10 minutes.

Overall Spalding Gables is an ok place to live. I would consider many many many other properties before decidind to move here.
