This is an update to my previously good review.
A couple of weeks before I moved out, the trash sitution got terrible. The apt complex has a trash compactor but they seldom check it during the weekends so trash piles up in front the compactor. The week before I left, I had to throw out boxes and trash. I left it outside the compactor with the rest of the trash that's already there. A staff member called me up and threaten to charge $25 per box (for those that have names on the boxes only). For the rest of the trash, nothing could be done.

I made an appointment 2 days prior to my checkout date. When I called on the day, she has another appointment and would not be able to do the checkout. I passed her the keys after making sure everything's in order (photos were taken as well). I called the next day and the staff told me that they are going to charge me $100 for smell and $25 for carpet stains.

My advice, rent somewhere else.

I lived there from late March 2003. I'm moving out end of September because of work. Overall, this is a safe neighbourhood. I have a 610sq/ft 1BR/1B with stackable w/d for $625 plus $20 water/trash. I have a large walk-in closet adjacent to the bathroom. Some people are concerned about the GA400 noise, which will depend on where you're located. The staff are courteous and I don't have a problem with packages from FedEx or UPS. I have called maintenance a couple of times and they fixed the problems immediately (within 24hrs).
Pros: Inside Dunwoody area (tons of shopping area); 2 miles from GA400 exit; clean & safe area. Cheaper than Post or Archstone properties nearby.
Cons: No separate gates for visitors; GA400 noise (during the rush hour); small gym area with threadmills, ecliptical - no free weights.
