It's so funny that anytime there is a good review for a place it is assumed that it is a staff member. It's like everyone has to focus on the petty negatives instead of the overwhelming positives. But whatever. I'm on my second year at Spalding Crossing (formerly Spalding Gables). It looks like the entire staff has changed over at the office, but I don't spend much time there. The ownership change hasn't affected service from what I can tell. I have put in some maintenance requests since the change and they are still promptly responded to.

I'm not a very big fan of the lack of a visitor gate. Sometimes you get long lines waiting for someone to dial in. The garbage also piles up a bit on occasion. However, I have been pretty satisfied with the place.

Every place has its ups and downs, but I have found this complex to be better than most that I have lived in.
