I moved in when the apt. complex was still under Gables management, and i had no complaints. When we were told that the property had been bought i was wary. The new management company is great! The people in the leasing office are always friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure i remain a happy customer. I always see the maintenance people working hard and keeping the property looking beautiful. We have a courtisy officer that makes regular rounds keeping the peace and safety of the property. I know some people complain about the gates being open on occasion, but the fact of the matter is they are not for security, it is clearly stated in the lease that they are for traffic control. I have lived in many diffrent apartments, and i have never been as happy as i am here. It is a beautiful property in a great area that is safe and clean, with a caring staff, who are alwyas trying to think of new perks and incentives of residents. The only thing that i might ever get irritated at is parking, and that is only recently. But i think that really some of the other renters may just have more cars per unit than they are supposed to. and really the property is small enough that if i don't get to park right infront of my door it still is not too unreasonably far to walk! Over all, i wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
