Front office staff and management are very rude and partial. Their whole attitude toward you, your needs, and your concerns changes once living there.
They do not even read their own leases, and don't follow them. If you decide to live here, be sure you know the lease!!!
The front gate is always broken. Cars have continuously been vandalized or stolen. The management here doesn't even blink an eye at it. No concern what-so-ever. No security exists at this complex.
Also, before you put any deposits down, or pay any fees, ask to see what the company/complex policy is in writing. They will try to over charge you as much as possible, especially if April, the Property Manager decides she doesn't like you. She finds it handy to charge you more in fees so she doesn't have to charge your neighbor anything.
DO NOT LIVE IN THIS COMPLEX!!!!
