In the two years we've lived here, the neighbors have gotten a lot worse. It used to be normal, middle class people, and now it's all noisy college kids and riff-raff that doesn't take care of the place. Beer cans in the parking lot every morning -- and don't even try to get to sleep until after midnight on Saturday night. Last night the car of some really nice people got broken into (and not a word from management, either). We'll be looking for another place as soon as our lease comes up, because we're tired of paying as much as we are, just to feel like we live in a frat house or a slum.
