If your thinking of moving in here...dont.
The trash is pilled up every weekend to where you cant walk past the dumpster or about 50 feet from it cause youll die from fumes. Everytimeone of your neighbours decides to move....youll know about it.
They also rent out most of their apartments to students which leads to loud noises, lots of parties and a whole bunch of trash not to mention the lack of parking available!
