Spalding Crossing is a nice place to live. The location is great (convenient to GA-400, Perimeter Mall, grocery stores, etc.). The office staff is friendly and go out of their way to help the residents. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. The grounds are clean and well-maintained. The apartments have a lot of natural light and considerable space for the money. They have an on-site business center with copier, fax, and internet access (I do wish they had more computers available or a computer available after office hours).
