I moved in about 3 months ago and it doesn't suck here.... the location rocks,the neighbors and the office staff are really laid back and nice, the maintenance seems on top of it and the pool is really cool. From what I understand the reason the trash gets so out of control is because people keep causing the compactor to back up by putting large boxes in it. Every place has problems, I've lived in places with problems, the carpet could be better but I think it's definitely worth the money.
