I've lived here for a couple of years and while it's not GREAT like two previous renters say, it's also not that bad. The office staff is very polite, maintenance fixes minor things well. But the parking is terrible. They just don't have enough space here other than the road and the apartment buildings.

Also, there's a cop who lives here. I'm not really sure if it's a positive or negative thing. When I first rented this place, they were advertising it pretty big saying it's a big safety boost. Well, not really because he doesn't seem to do much other than just living here. When there're some kids making noise at 2 in the morning, there's nobody to control any of it. Also, we had a period of 2-3 weeks where a number of cars were broken into even during the day. I don't think they ever caught whoever. So I'm not sure having a cop here is a big plus like they want you to believe.

Anyhow, I wouldn't recommend this place but it's not that bad either.

Yeah, I saw the cop going around telling people to remove their trash. I guess he works as a part time maintenance crew here.
