I've lived here for over four years. When it was Spalding Gables the residents were mostly quite working "professionals". Now it's a rowdy motorcycle bunch with late parties and little kids roaming the parking lots unattended way past dark. People leave their trash and cigarette butts in the breezeways and it's disgusting. We are definitely not going to renew our lease in the spring. The leasing staff changes every other month so they could care less about what is going on. Another law that's not enforced is the leash policy with pets. Pet owners let their large dogs poo everywhere and they don't clean up after them. Careless cat owners neglect their sweet cats and leave them outside to sleep under cars and bushes. Complaints to the leasing office about the pets were ignored. Do not move here, you will regret it.
