I've never had issues with parking, even when I've come in late at night. Noise is kept to a minimum...you can occassionally hear people in the parking lot on Friday and Saturday nights...but it's Friday and Saturday night! Sometimes the safety gates are left open during the day so they can show the apartments and not have to keep opening the gates for them, but we have had a few break-ins...probably 4-5 since I moved in back in December 2006. My car was hit while parked overnight, which no one claimed...and the apartment staff said there was nothing they could do...I would have to report it to the police. It would be nice if they had cameras overlooking the parking lots for things such as break-ins and people hitting other's cars...maybe then, we wouldn't have to worry about those things.
