I've been here about 5 months now and I think it is a fairly decent place. I'm across from the leasing office so I enjoy the free wifi. Pros: awesome location, safe complex, I mostly see professionals and college students (there are a few bad ones but everybody has those) Noise isn't too bad, you might hear more noise on fri/sat night. The maintenance is really quick to respond to any problems. The apartments are spacious as well with plenty of closet and storage space. The fitness center is decent and the staff is really friendly and will work with you. I have never had a problem finding a parking spot. Cons: My biggest complaint is I can't get a 10/15 minute hot shower. I've ask if maintenance could do something about it when they came to fix the leaking tub but I still barely get 10 minutes even on weekends. The pool area is nice but the pool is a little small for swimming. We had a few problems with bugs, mainly those annoying fruit flies. The only other bad thing is we don't have tennis courts however there is a tennis center nearby. Overall nice complex in a nice area.

which building you were in? and what was your power bills? I'm planning to move in sometime next month, just collecting some information to decide on.
