I have lived at Spalding Crossing for a year and a half. My experience has been great. The walls seem to be pretty thick in these apartments. We never hear our neighbors. One thing that I do not like here is the valet trash service. People put their trash out on non-pick up days. Once a cat ripped open the bag and there was trash scattered all over. The complex is pretty small to walk your trash to the garbage dump in 2 minutes. The leasing staff is very friendly. They know us by first name when we call.
We love our vaulted ceilings, track lights, and fireplace. The appliances and cabinets could use a little updating. Bedrooms and closets are a nice size in both bedrooms. This is a nice quiet complex. I always have parking right in front of my building. Overall this is a great place to live. I love the location.

I like it here as well. Unfortunately, my current neighbors are a bit inconsiderate: the stomp around and blast music at all hours of the night; walk the dog w/o a leash and let it poop where ever without picking up behind the dog; toss cigarettes over the balcony. Our first year here our neighbors were great: we NEVER heard them. What a difference a day makes. But Spalding is nice. If you're going to pay as much as a mortgage to rent an apt, it may as well be clean and convenient.

the walls aren't the problem, its the ceilings b/c i can hear my boyfriend's neighbors stomping, pounding, jumping, throwing things and many more noisy verbs at random hours of the day. he reports them but it doesn't help really. the office staff is nice despite this fact of solving noise problems. i know he's never had a serious problem renewing his rent b/c he's a good tenant and has been there awhile. parking in the front area apartments is a problem -- not enough spaces and lots of illegal parking
