my boyfriend has lived at this apartment complex for quite some time. i have been there numerous times so i think i can add a helpful review. the pool area is great -- i often come here instead of using my own apartment complex pool. the office staff is friendly and remembers who you are -- esp. when it counts (renewal, reporting problems, maintenence, etc.) parking is a problem in the front area (ie: left gate area) and has not improved. often times you have to park in the other area and then walk it over to the front - keeps you in shape but can be annoying when you have to go thru the gate again. noise is a problem in his apartment but hasn't always been -- just these newer residents above him have sucked big time. hardly ever hear the neighbors on the sides. neat events held by the office staff for the residents. the newer workout room is well maintained and stocked. love the grills by the pool -- staff keeps them clean. great location near marta and shopping. use caution as there are TONS of car accidents at this corner b/c of people being drunk, stupid or just not knowing where they are going and plow into the light posts, grass, landscaping, poles, etc. overall i'd recommend this place for temporary living b/c the pros highly outweigh the cons and isn't that what we all want'
