Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
We have lived here for 2 years and are now moving out. I feel if you don't live on the first level you may be fine. We had problems with flooding in our 2nd bedroom due to bad foundation--complained about it for a year and something was finally done last week. Our air conditioner broke numerous times, they came out to "fix" it--it still leaks. Management is friendly, the pool is nice, but not really worth the $1200 a month rent.
