i agree with the review a few down from mine... if you dont live on the bottom floor you should be fine. i will be the first to say i hate my apartment and i wish i didnt live here. only because the people above us have a child who likes to body slam herself over my bedroom. i have called the courtesy officer, the leasing office, and nothing has changed. also, the window of my bedroom is right where people walk their dogs. so you can hear them all hours of the night talking on their cell phone, or you can hear the dogs barking. the stair case is located next to my bathroom... every time someone walks on the stairs the lights in my bathroom shake. maintenance is an issue... my apartment is a maintenance nightmare. the air has broken twice... and once i called the emergency line and the guy had to have been out at a club or something and said he would come fix it the next morning. the water heater has busted and flooded the hall closet with all of our shoes. there are multiple break ins and i asked the leasing office if they would put an extra lock on my back door and it took them two weeks to order the parts to do the job. every time i leave my apartment i feel like i will be robbed. the intersection at the front of the complex is extremely dangerous... i was tboned at that intersection in a hit and run.... the leasing office was very considerate when they found out that i needed to pay my rent a few days late that month. there are constant roaches in our apartment as well.

i wish our apartment wasnt so terrible because the leasing office staff is so kind. but this is one of the worst apartments i have ever lived in. i would continue living here if i lived in a 3rd floor apartment... but our lease is almost up and we might be looking elsewhere.
