Great, but cable/internet limited

I love this apartment . The grounds are well kept. Problems are promptly taken care of. I got a rent bargain due to the specials they often have. It has several company partnerships that helped reduce my deposit.
The only problem is that the cable company that St. Andrews has doesn't have digital cable. Therefore the only other option is Direct TV. Also, the complex doesn't have access to DSL. Therefore the only internet available is dial-up (or satellite internet which is extremely expensive even if you already have direct TV). The complex sent out an announcement saying that in 60days the complex would have digital cable service but the cable company had no knowledge of that one month later. Who knows the community may be changing cable providers, though it is now approximately 60 days later with no further word about cable.
