We had a real problem with our move-in. The leasing agent led us to believe we would have a certain color scheme (beige/beige) in our apartment with new carpet. She never bothered to look at the apartment. On the day of the move we found out we had black countertops with gray carpet, which clashes with our furniture. They did, however, replace the carpet since it wasn?t new. Also, we were supposed to get a resident referral, which they never processed and then disputed. The office staff does not seem to care about their residents and have been very rude. This probably explains the high turnover in leasing agents. . . The cable company sucks. We are the only complex in GA with the company (TV Maxx). Supposedly we were getting a new cable company once the contract expired, but that was 2 yrs ago. . . The gates never work. The mail goes missing. The car wash is constantly broken and flooding the parking lot. . . The apartments are nice but have no closet space. Basically, it is a place to live for the time being due to its convenience to our workplaces.
