No major probs, the maintenance staff is very friendly. The management isn't very personable but I have not interacted with them much. They weren't well informed about the direction (N, S, E, W) that a given apartment was facing, the sales associates still chane frequently though we now have a steady manager. I really love it, if only the price wasn't so high...
