Nice, but a bit off-center.

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
The apartment I lived in was nice, and new, but definitely had some construction issues. Not a single wall in the place meets another wall at an exactly 90* angle. Two of the kitchen drawers couldn't be opened if both had a handle because they were mounted slightly cockeyed, and each crashed into the other's handle. Other than those nit-picks the place has been very okay.
