i was confused about a certain rent paying issue, called to verify but since it was after office hour, so left a message and asked them to call me back if they don't have everything already, never received a call, later i was hit with late charges on my rent coz they "never got the message and i should have known about the issue". they will not waive the late penalty even though i told them it's not my fault that they don't call back.
you have to make at least three maintenance calls before someone would fix anything at all (it took them one full month to fix a flickering light outside my bedroom window, and three weeks for a kitchen light), and the so-called security gate was broken 90% of the time, i remember it worked for about two or three months on my two year stay here.
my car was scratched (someone keyed it) and my rear emblem was stolen from the property twice. there were several other cars having their emblems stolen as well. there is nothing they could do, call the police is the answer i got.
