Good Place , but some issues which need to be addressed

I agree that the apartment complex is nice, with friendly staff, but they most of times lie about certain things like, Cables, Gates etc.
I have never seen the gates working properly; this is the only complex, with no high speed DSL and Cable.
Not only that, Entering the Community from all the gates is Difficult as the Gate Card scanner is not mounted properly anywhere, you need to get out of the car, same for the visitor gates. Entering through leasing gate is always dangerous, Escaped 3 three accidents when people are entering from the exit gates, or people exiting from entry gate. People drive too fast inside the complex, no one stops at the STOP signs.
If management can take care of these small but important things, it will be nice place to live with safety.
