I have only lived here a short time but I really enjoy it. My apartment is large and light, and I have a dining room window that overlooks a beautifully landscaped courtyard. The staff (especially Bonnie, who is usually the one I talk to) are all very nice and professional, and every time I have requested anything it has been handled very quickly.

The gates at the leasing entrance frequently do not work - either the resident entrance gate or the exit gate seem to stay open. And I have found that if I leave a message with the answering service it does not always get passed along to management. Also there are stairs just outside my bedroom wall and you can really hear people going up & down them! And yes, we still do have the cable company that everyone complains about. But someone else complained about the lack of DSL, which I don't quite understand because I do have it.

The grounds and buildings appear to be very well maintained and are kept clean. And the monthly resident socials are fun! Overall, I would rate this apartment about a 9 1/2 on a scale of 10. It's the best place I've lived!
