I'm writing a review because i'm abhorred by the stories i've read on here. I almost didn't move in after reading the ratings and they were not true. It's obvious that only people who get evicted or are nasty (and have bugs which is a personal problem) write in. I've lived here for a year and it's been a great experience. I got a really good deal on my rent and they even guaranteed that i would love my apartment. They have great programs for residents including free tennis lessons and monthly events. We've gone bowling and last summer when i moved in, they had a pool party with a d.j. and they showed My Big Fat Greek Wedding out by the pool and everything. In January, i got to go to the movies and have popcorn and soda for free! There have been a few cable issues but they are switching over to Comcast. The gates are working fine now. The staff is really friendly and they are good about following up on service requests and noise complaints. I would highly recommend this complex and i would encourage for anyone who actually likes where they live to write in!

This is absolutely a one sided view. Please do not give the wrong information to the people. I am writing the first bad review in my 36 years of life. I've stayed in several apartnment and absolutely a fine person. It is not good to give these kind of comments over the other reviews. You might be one of the fortunates to not have the problem. We can not compromise over the dog droppings and cigarrette butts (around 30).
