My husband and I have owned homes for more than twenty five years. We moved here after a job transfer with every intention of purchasing a home quickly. We have now lived here over a year and we are very comfortable. Our unit is large and we have our own garage. Our balcony overlooks a densly wooded area. The office staff and maintenance crew have been great. Our neighbors are great with a good mixture of families and young professionals. This is a great place to live if you have a dog.
The only negatives are the main gate not working and TV max cable company. We are getting Comcast in June.
We will buy another home soon, but I'll miss St. Andrews.
