I haven't lived at here yet. Filled out application and gave deposits 1 month back and moving in here in last week of the month. But now I am rethinking to move there or just let go my deposits of $375.

I dealt with very nice leasing consultant, and I came to know she left. Today I talked to Marsha, she put me on the hold and forgot about me (more than 15 mintues). I call her on the other line, and she picked up the phone. So she wasn't busy at all. I asked about certain things which was promised to me, but it seems like they had a meeting yesterday (6/2/2004) and changed the policies and now I need to talk to manager to get those promises.

I can smell how good the customer service is over there and seriously thinking about whether I should move there or let the deposits go.

Not a good beginning.....
(Ignore all the ratings except office staff and overall, since I haven't lived there yet, not sure about parking, noise etc)
