St. Andrews at Perimeter is completely made up of people not from America. I don't believe there is anything wrong with it but when you can not even say hey to one of your neighbors b/c they don't speak english it gets a little annoying. The security is awful. They never shut the security gate. It is always open, which leaves the property very open to anyone. I don't even know why they have the gate there b/c it never gets used. If you are young, single, or don't want to be around kids at all times don't move here. You can't go to the pool unless you want to be splashed by kids the whole time, you can't walk to the mailbox without having a kid run by you. I would have to say do NOT live at St. Andrews.

There are a lot of kids there because of the school district. If you don't have kids, don't live here because it's simply NOT worth the money.
