I have been living for two years in this property. After the expiration of my second lease I asked to move to another apartment which has been granted. The day when I supposed to get the keys, the apartment was not ready so I did cancel all my move. The next day before signing the lease I checked the apartement, the carpet was very average with some color on it in some areas. I asked the management to renew the carpet which they declined. What happened I canceled my move for the second time which impacted all my utilities/cable/phone transfer. I decided to leave completely the property to go somewhere else because I think that it's not fair that they don't change the carpet for me after two years lease and willingness to sign another year.
