I have such of hard time to communicate with the staffs and management in St andrews aparment. First they offered me a rate for to transfer to a one bedroom apartment, when i was in the office and signing my new least. The manager told me that the staffs gave me a wrong rate. I have to pay $780 for a one bedroom instead of $699. Finally i had to call the corp office and have the issue settled.

after i signed a new least to transfer to a new apt, two weeks before my moving date, the stuff told me that the people who were living in the apt decided to stay, and i couldn't move into that apt. the stuff could not find me a same size of apt in the same building except a bigger one. They charge me $120/mo more for the different. Also, they asked me to pay the desposite and the application fee again. The one that i paid is not refundable even i didn't move in. I suggest you to contact www.bbb.org for any issue with St andrew. It is a government organization. They can help you. The staffs are horrible. Seriously, they don't know what they are doing! They have no clue. It is very abuseive to deal with them.
